One of the natural resources in the village sindang jati, sub sindang Kelingi
Rejang Lebong District, Bengkulu that serve as the attraction is "Kali Anget".

To get to this place is not difficult.we could use a bike or car
from the of town Curup only takes about one or two hours.
From the city we will past Curup attractions Suban Air panas, then  Danau harun Bastari.

Three kilometers from the lake harun Bastari we will be in the village of Beringin Tiga.From the village.We will med a crossroads and turn to the right and drive up to the village Kayu Manis and came to the village sindang jati where "kali anget" that.

DANAU MAS HARUN BASTARI

        Lake Mas Harun Bastari is located about 17 Km from Kota Curup which is located alongside the highway between the city Curup with Lubuk Linggau, or about 25 kilometers from Lubuk Linggau, South Sumatra.
 to reach this lake from the town Curup visitors must past through several villages including  sambe baru,air duku and sumber bening

    Lake Mas Harun Bastari been amended several times, in accordance with the conditions of the lake development phase. 

     Initially in the forties known as the "Lake Kasnah". The word means Kasnah Mirror (Glass shadow). So Kasnah means Lake Mirror Lake. Giving this name because the lake water is very clear as a mirror shades, and at that time the surface of the lake is not too large, which is only about 14 m2 alone.

      In this phase also Kasnah Lake area controlled   by the Group  Barisan Tani Indonesia (BTI). Around 1960 to 1965,  the region was taken over by the Veterans Curup  mastery, which at that time the regional military
 commander named Aaron Sohar Sriwijaya,
 based in Palembang.

        Commander Aaron Sohar is only the first to give attention to the development of the lake, is to give a contribution of Rp. 60.000, - to the Veterans Curup for the cost of making Dam Lake Causeway or so into the lake area and the area can be utilized by the community well for water storage as well as tourist attractions. In this phase, better known by the name of the lake ", Causeway Lake Aaron Sohar"


       At that time in Palembang (South Sumatra), official name is Bastari governors. To streamline teroterial activity at the site of the lake, founded Post Garuda Gold (Gamas). So after the sixties, the name of the lake vary, there are mentioned the "Causeway Lake", There is mention of the name "Aaron Lake", there is also a mention of the name "Lake Bastari".

       In sum since the Age of the Autonomous Government, the name of this lake solidified into "MAS LAKE Harun Bastari", which is to commemorate the services of the pioneering / predecessors who have contributed forerunner of Lake Mas HarunBastari (DMHB) is.

        Furthermore, through Decree No. 461 of 2002, ditetapkanlah this region as an area tourist places with names Destinations natural lake Mas harun Bastari (DMHB).

        To note also, the water that flooded the lake can not be drained completely, because the source of the water is large enough to be shaped vortex in the middle of the lake are covered by a thick peat.

It is said that the story, the water source has to do with the Lake Tests in Lebong. so there is a belief that says that the spirits watchman Lake Tests, together with that inhabit Lake Mas Haru Bastari, ie both a long beard Hajj.
